Our Sites Will Be Closed In Observance Of July 4!

While many people associate the Fourth of July with picnics, parties, fireworks, and family gatherings, we thought we'd remind everyone of the real reason we take time off every year.  In the United States, Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4,  1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.
 

In observance of July 4th, all of our communities sites and sales offices will be closed.  And, since most of us will have the day off on Monday, the 5th, and we want you to know that all of our sites will be open for tours on this day - so come on out and declare your independence with the American Dream of homeownership in a Chesapeake Homes' community!
